Coconut Oil as Massage Oil
For your treatment we use a mix of natural oil with essential oils, BUT for only $10 more you have the option of choosing organic coconut oil for your massage which has great benefits for your skin because of its anti-microbial and anti-aging properties.
Meet Aye, Thai Traditional Therapy Teacher / Practitioner and Business Owner
Aye’s mission as a Thai therapist and business owner is to provide her clients with a safe and relaxing environment and to improve their health and well-being.
Aye has studied extensively and with years of experience she understands that each client comes with unique needs. She works closely with each client to customise the treatment to achieve the goals and results they require.
For her years of experience and training, she was appointed as Thai Traditional Massage teacher by the Thai Traditional Medical Services Society in 2012.
She continues to learn and she pushes herself to higher levels of expertise, believing that there is no end to what one can learn and achieve.

We like to be transparent and honest with you, our customer, so below are the terms that apply to all our services.
Booking your Appointment
When you book your appointment, as per our policy and complying with the New Zealand Privacy Act, we will ask you for your contact details (Privacy Act – source: www.business.govt.nz). We use this information in case we need to contact you, for sending out appointment reminders or in case of emergencies. You have of course the right to not provide us with your contact details, however, in that case we reserve the right to refuse you service.
We may also send out a newsletter when we have special offers. You have the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters. Any information we collect from you is secure and will not be passed on to any third party. We respect your privacy.
Payment before Appointment
Because of previous non-payment incidents, we require payment before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. This will ensure you have enough time to enjoy the full pampering experience. Please understand if you are late, your appointment may be reduced accordingly. We aim provide a relaxed, quiet and professional environment for every customer. We do NOT tolerate abusive, threatening or disrespectful behavior and we will report this to the police if this happens. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY SEXUAL SERVICES. Please respect our Environment and Therapists by not asking for this.
Cancellation / change Policy
We require that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment so we can try and allocate that time for another customer. Bangkok Therapist reserves the right to charge a fee of $40 per treatment hour if you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the treatment is scheduled or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without this notification. If after a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours a new appointment is requested, Bangkok Therapist reserves the right to ask for payment in advance, or you can book online.
Refunds
Please be aware we do not refund unless required by law. No cashback.
(Gift) Vouchers and Special Promotions
Please mention your voucher when booking your appointment. Bookings are subject to availability. Please ensure your gift voucher is presented on arrival as we are unable to provide your treatment without your voucher. A voucher must be used by one person in one visit. Vouchers are valid for 3 months unless stated otherwise. Expired vouchers will not be honoured and are void. We require that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment or the voucher will be void. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No change will be given. Under no circumstances will vouchers be refunded or reissued if lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen. Bangkok Therapist reserves the right to manage voucher appointments for services in high peak times. Specials/Vouchers cannot be combined with other Specials, Vouchers or Promotions, unless otherwise specified.
Other Services
We provide a shower for hygene/treatment for a $10 charge. This service is free for VIP Members.
